A premium hair-restoration brand in Bengaluru, rebuilt page by page onto an architecture where no plugin update can take the site down. The numbers below were measured against the live site.

A fast site is not an opinion.
It is a measurement.

Case study
CLIENT

Topee — hair restoration, Bengaluru

Topee sells hair patches and systems, with physical studios in Bengaluru. The site had to do two jobs at once: carry a premium product that people research carefully before buying, and survive on a stack the owners could not babysit. A theme or plugin update silently breaking the storefront was the failure they could not afford.

  • Full redesign, migrated live page by page — no maintenance window, no dark period
  • Scroll-driven product transformation sequences and 360° product rotation, engineered rather than bolted on with a plugin
  • Custom header system and an update-resilient architecture: the build does not depend on a theme that can change under it
  • SEO cleanup — one h1 per page, redirect map, font audit
  • On our deploy-and-maintain watch since launch
MEASURED

What the live site does today

Measured from outside, against the public site, in September 2026. These are delivery and structure numbers — the things engineering controls. They are not traffic, ranking or revenue figures, because those belong to the client and we do not publish what we cannot show you.

  • 0.68s to first byte, averaged over repeat requests — the server answers before a visitor decides to leave
  • 0.79s to fully loaded on a warm connection, for a page carrying full product imagery
  • Exactly one h1 on the page, with a descriptive title tag — the structure a crawler needs, and the thing most redesigns quietly break
  • 7 of 8 images lazy-loaded, so the first screen is not waiting on images further down
  • HTTP redirects to HTTPS at the edge, and the mobile response matches desktop — one build, not a stripped mobile variant
WHY IT MATTERS

What the client actually owns

The deliverable was not a design. It was a site their team can run: accounts in their name, hosting they control, an architecture that does not break when WordPress updates, and no licence that expires. If they stopped working with us tomorrow, nothing switches off.

  • No vendor lock-in — every account and credential handed over
  • No per-seat or per-terminal licence attached to the build
  • Deploy-and-maintain is a standing service, not a condition of keeping the site
