Voice AI platforms
Voice agents run on telephony and speech infrastructure. We are tool-agnostic by design and have deployed across Exotel, Twilio, Retell AI and NuPlay AI — the agent design, prompt engineering and call analysis are ours, the carrier and speech layer is theirs. That means the number, the recordings and the account stay yours, and switching platform does not mean rebuilding the agent.

Payments & finance
Stores and booking flows need payments that clear, settle and reconcile. We build on Razorpay for Indian businesses and Stripe where the money is international, and we integrate other gateways when your bank, ticket size or settlement cycle calls for one. We do not build a payment layer of our own and we are never in the money path.

Models & cloud
The reasoning behind an agent comes from a model, and models change every few months. We build against OpenAI, Anthropic and DeepSeek and pick per job on cost and quality, running on AWS. Keeping that layer swappable is the point: when a better or cheaper model lands, you change a setting rather than commission a rebuild.
