Terms of Use
These cover using this website. The terms of any work we do for you are in the written quote you receive after the free diagnosis — that document governs the project, not this page.
Using this site
You are welcome to read it, share it, and quote it with attribution. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to send anything unlawful.
The free diagnosis
The diagnosis is genuinely free and carries no obligation on either side. You keep whatever we produce in it — including when our honest answer is that you should not build anything, or that someone else is the better fit.
Booking one does not commit you to a project, and it does not commit us to taking one on.
Quotes and projects
If we build something, you get one fixed written number before work starts. That quote, and anything attached to it, is the agreement for that project. Where it and this page disagree, the quote wins.
What you own
On delivery, the code, the accounts and the infrastructure are yours. We do not hold a licence you have to keep paying for to use what we built, and stopping work with us does not switch anything off.
What is on this site
Case studies describe work we actually did. Where a figure is measured, we say what was measured; where something is a demonstration rather than a client result, we label it as one.
Nothing here is a guarantee of a particular outcome for your business — what we can promise is the diagnosis, the fixed number, and the handover.

The writing, design, code and marks on this site belong to ABATA AI Private Limited. The ABATA name and logo are ours; please do not use them to suggest we endorse or are involved with something we are not.

We link to other sites where they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. We do not accept liability for loss arising from using it or relying on it. Liability for work we deliver is set out in that project’s quote.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
