Privacy Policy
This describes what ABATA AI Private Limited does with information you give us through abata.tech, and what our analytics collects while you read. It describes what the site actually does today — if we change how we handle your information, this page changes with it.
What we collect when you contact us
The brief form on this site asks for five things: your name, email address, phone number, what your business does, and the problem you want solved. Nothing else is required and nothing else is asked.
We collect this because you chose to tell us. There is no account to create and no newsletter you are signed up to by filling it in.
What we do with it
Your brief is emailed to us and stored in this site’s own database so we can read it, reply to it, and keep track of what you asked. We route it internally to whoever is the right person to answer — that routing reads what you wrote, not who you are.
We use it to reply to you and to deliver work if you go ahead. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Analytics and cookies
This site runs Google Analytics (property GT-K553LTCN), which sets _ga cookies to count visits and tell us which pages are read. It also runs Sourcebuster, which sets sbjs_* cookies recording how you arrived — a search, a link, or directly.
Both are about traffic, not about you personally: we use them to see which pages work and which do not. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
Who else sees it
Our web host stores the site and its database. Google processes the analytics described above. Email passes through our mail provider on its way to us.
Where a project needs a specialist or a platform — a payment gateway, a telephony provider — any account is set up in your name and you are told which partner is involved before it happens. We do not hand your brief to a partner without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep briefs while there is a live conversation and for as long as we may need the record of a project we delivered. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete yours.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email connect@abata.tech and we will do it — no form, no process.
If you would rather not be counted by analytics at all, a browser that blocks third-party cookies or an ad blocker will stop it, and nothing on this site depends on them.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
