ABATA is founder-operated. We are not running a hiring process, we do not have roles in the pipeline, and we are not collecting speculative CVs — an inbox of applications nobody can act on is not a talent pool, it is a queue of people waiting for a reply that is not coming.

When we open a role, it will be listed here with what the work actually is, who you would work with and what it pays. Until then this page stays as it is.
Not a job, but still work
We do bring in specialists on specific builds when a project needs a skill we do not have in house. That is project work, not employment, and it starts the same way everything else does — with a conversation about the actual problem.
